Step-8: Upload Photograph and Signature (in JPG, JPEG format only with size max. 50 Kb), Documents like 10th, 12th, UG Mark sheets, Aadhaar Card, Haryana Domicile (if applicable), Category Certificate (if applicable), Income Certificate (if applicable), weightages claimed, etc.

Step-9: Pay prescribed application processing fees.
